From the George Washington Bridge:
1. Take the George Washington Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike (NJT).
2. After you enter into N.J., follow signs to the Ridgefields.
3. After about 4 miles you will come to a toll - pick up ticket and take the NJT South (or use the EZPass Lane and continue south)
4. Bear right as you leave toll area. Get off at 1st exit, 16W.
5. After you exit the toll booth or EZPass lane, bear right again, and take your first exit, following signs for 3 East.
6. From there, as you follow 3 East, you will go over an iron bridge.
7. As soon as you cross the bridge you will take the exit for the Meadowlands Parkway, from the right lane. (Landmark: Outlets at the Cove sign)
8. As you follow the exit ramp around you will come to a light. This is the Meadowlands Parkway; make a left.
9. At the next traffic light, make a right. This will put you into Harmon Plaza.
10. We are at One Harmon Plaza (the large glass building on your right) on the 6th Floor. Parking facilities are on your left.

From the Lincoln Tunnel (Route 3):
1. When you come through the Lincoln Tunnel you will follow the signs for Route 3W.
2. You will then take the exit for the Meadowlands Parkway.
3. As you follow the road, you will have to make a left. As you continue, you will come to your first light. Keep going straight.
4. At the next traffic light make a right. This will put you into Harmon Plaza.
5. We are at One Harmon Plaza (the large glass building on your right) on the 6th Floor. Parking facilities are on your left.

From the Holland Tunnel:
1. When you come through the Holland Tunnel, follow signs for the NJT going north, so that you will have access to Exit 16W.
2. Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 16W.
3. Pay toll or use EZPass Lane. After you exit the toll booth, bear right again, and take your first exit, following signs for 3 east.
4. From there, as you follow 3 east, you will go over an iron bridge.
5. As soon as you cross the bridge, take the exit for the Meadowlands Parkway, from the right lane. (Landmark: Outlets at the Cove sign)
6. As you follow the exit ramp around you will come to a light. This is the Meadowlands Parkway; make a left.

From the New Jersey Turnpike:
1. Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 16 W. After you exit the toll booth or EZPass lane, bear right and take your first exit, following signs for 3 east.

By Bus from the NYC Port Authority:
1. Go to the Port Authority entrance on 8th Avenue and 40th Street.
2. Go straight through the Port Authority building until you come to the first escalator (next to au bon pain); go up that escalator.
3. When you reach the top of the escalator, make a right and walk straight for a few yards. Make a right at the Sweet Factory and walk straight "you will see a Hallmark Store, veer right into the North Wing.
4. Follow the sign "Gates 301-326." Walk past Hudson News and take the up escalator on your left. When you reach the top, make a left and walk straight to the end of the building. Follow the sign "Gates 317-319." Proceed to Gate 318, which is hidden behind an old New York black and white photo.
5. Take Bus 129 at Gate 318.
6. The bus runs approximately every 15 minutes up to 8:30 AM and then every 45 minutes past the hour after 9:00 AM. Check the New Jersey Transit Web site for specifics.
7. Your stop is in Secaucus - Meadowlands Parkway & Cove Court (Southbound). Ask the driver to announce that stop - the drivers are very cooperative.
8. When you get off at the bus stop, make a right and go toward the traffic lights at the intersection. Cross the street at the light, then go left and walk toward the square glass building - One Harmon Plaza - where NCME is located. We are on the 6th Floor.
