Quality Control

A structured multi-point quality-control program is part of the development process for every NCME activity. Procedures are in place, at every juncture of program development, that involve multiple checks by several disciplines, thereby ensuring that mistakes do not find their way into circulation. In addition to the internal staff review process, the NCME CME Medical Advisory Board reviews every piece of clinical information before it leaves our offices. As examples all webinars, teleconferences and dinner meetings are monitored by NCME staff, and hospital lectures are audiotaped and reviewed by NCME managers.
